Ingredients

Green grapes (preferably seedless) -1 ½ cup ( quartered)
Red grapes (preferably seedless) – 1 ½ cups (quartered)
Red onion – ½ cup ( finely chopped)
Scallion /Green onion – 2 stems ( finely chopped)
Cilantro – ¼ cup ( finely chopped)
Mint leaves – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
Lime juice – 2 Tbsp of one lime
Lime zest – 1 tsp
Sweet pepper/ bell pepper (any color) - ½ cup (optional)
Jalapeno – 1 seeded (finely chopped)
Salt – as per taste
Directions
Thoroughly clean the grapes in a large water bowl using one heaping Tablespoon of baking soda and an ounce of vinegar. Massage them for one minute, then rinse them thoroughly.
2. Chop all the vegetables, fruits, and herbs. Add the ingredients to a big bowl and mix thoroughly.
